Our new shipping policy at AJ&B goes into effect January 1, 2008. We LOVE offering free shipping and we are going to do our best to absorb the costs where possible. Please, be sure to give us a call at (800) 248-6555 if you have any questions.
1. We will still offer free shipping on any saw purchase when diamond blades are purchased at the same time. A certain minimum purchase will be required and to that end we have put some packages together. But mixing and matching will be allowed; for instance, if you are purchasing a small 7-inch tile saw and order a couple of 10-inch diamond blades for your 10-inch saw, we pay the shipping. We will be pricing these diamond blades at our cost; obviously they can only be ordered along with a saw. Look for the "click here for free shipping" link on all saws to see the packages we have put together. But ANY diamond product qualifies, including bits, profile wheels and grinding wheels, so if you don't see the diamond product you want, call (800) 248-6555 and we'll help you put a package together.
2. There are special fees that apply for residential deliveries of packages in excess of 150 lbs. When possible, please make arrangements for your order to be delivered to a commercial address. If the delivery address is residential, we will contact you to let you know the additional charges.
3. Please inspect all shipments for damage upon receipt. All damaged items should be refused upon arrival. Hidden damages such as missing or non-working parts should be reported immediately upon discovery of such damage. Contact Anne at AJ&B directly and we will arrange for return shipment, refund and/or replacement of all missing or defective items. Please return all damaged goods orders in original packing materials and include original packing slip with notice of reason for dissatisfaction, or list of missing or non-working items.
